Breakfast Brain Food
School is back in session and we can all use a morning brain boost. This is our favorite recipe for
Homemade Pancakes or Waffles
3 eggs
2 C milk
2 C flour
2 t. baking powder (Rumford)
1/2 t. salt
1/4 C shortening
2 TBL ground flax seeds
